Marcello Pinto
Co-Founder, CFO, Portfolio Manager
Marcello is a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Exponential Investing where he is responsible for tracking cash flow, financial planning, analyzing the company’s financial strength and helps setting strategic directions for the fund. With an investment career spanning over 15 years, Marcello along with Stuart co-manages Exponential Capital Group, Exponential Investing’s lending arm.
Earlier in his career, Marcello worked for JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank as an investment banker. Marcello has owned and run a number of other successful businesses before co-founding Exponential Investing.
Stuart Wylie
Co-Founder, CEO, Portfolio Manager
Stuart is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Exponential Investing and has been in the commercial lending industry for over 8 years, he previously ran a successful franchise business, where he gained extensive experience in products such as invoice finance, debtor finance & supply chain finance, Stuart then ran his own secured commercial lending company, before co-founding Exponential Investing.
Working with a variety of different lending products has provided Stuart with a wealth of knowledge across the commercial lending industry. And to date, through his application of strict lending principals there have been no losses on any secured loans funded.
